Retail Stock ("the app") is a shop inventory, sales and credit management app published by Yair Myint Moh. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to get it deleted. Contact: [email protected], Telegram @ymm_1930.

The app does not collect location, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, health data, or advertising identifiers. There is no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK in the app.
Your data is stored in two places: on your own device (an encrypted-at-rest local database that lets the app work with no connection) and on our hosted Supabase project, which runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Data is transmitted over TLS. Each shop's rows are isolated from every other shop's by database row-level security, so one shop's staff can never read another shop's records.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. It is processed only by:

Your shop's records are kept for as long as the account exists, because the app's whole purpose is to keep your history available to you. When you request deletion (section 6) we remove the account and its data within 30 days. Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to a further 30 days before they roll off.
You can request deletion in two ways:
Deleting a shop owner's account permanently removes the shop and everything in it - items, sales, receipts, credit records and the staff accounts attached to it. Deleting a staff account removes that person's profile and login; the shop's business records, which belong to the shop owner, remain with the shop.
Retail Stock is a business tool intended for shop owners and their staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify you in the app.
